The narrower front tooth just beside the lower right central incisor.
- In front: #25 lower right central incisor
- Behind: #27 lower right canine
- Same tooth on the other side: #23 lower left lateral incisor
- Bites against: #7 upper right lateral incisor
It replaces the lower right baby lateral incisor (Q), which falls out at 7–8 years.
