The second of the two premolars on the lower right, just in front of the first molar.

It replaces the lower right baby second molar (T), which falls out at 10–12 years.

This tooth is #29 in the US and 45 in the international (FDI) system, where the 4 means the lower right quarter and the 5 is its place counting from the front.
There's no international tooth 29, because those numbers always have two digits.
